About the Trainers

Madinah Begum – Certified Counselor & Coach

Madinah is a seasoned counselor with over a decade of experience working with children, youth, and families. She specializes in integrating expressive arts, movement-based practices, and trauma-informed care to support emotional healing and mental well-being.

As the founder of MB Therapy Services, Madinah designs and facilitates creative therapy workshops that empower individuals to reconnect with themselves in meaningful, joyful ways. Her work is rooted in compassion, cultural sensitivity, and a deep belief in the power of creative expression.

A sought-after speaker and educator, Madinah has conducted numerous workshops and talks for schools, non-profits, and family organizations. She also actively raises awareness about mental health and expressive therapy through her social media platform @flourishwithmadinah.

Nur Hazirah - Special Needs Specialist

Hazirah is a passionate educator and special needs specialist with over a decade of experience working closely with neurodivergent children and their families. Her expertise lies in supporting children with ADHD, Autism, and Dyslexia, and she brings a child-centred, strengths-based approach to every interaction.

She works hand-in-hand with parents to develop individualized learning plans that cater to each child’s unique profile and needs. A strong advocate for multi-sensory learning, Hazirah skillfully weaves in sensory tools, movement, and play into her sessions—making learning not only accessible, but deeply engaging.

With a heart for advocacy and a deep understanding of how children thrive, Hazirah creates safe, inclusive spaces for children to express, regulate, and grow—on their terms.
